Free Installers!
On this page, you will find self-extracting installers for a number of popular open-source Java applications chosen to demonstrate the diversity of complex, non-trivial applications supported by NativeJ. They are free for both personal and commercial use.
Each installer is produced using the incredible InnoSetup and contains an EXE for that application. In addition, each package also contains the NativeJ project file used to generate the executable and the InnoSetup project file used to produce the installer.
Unless otherwise stated, you will need to install the latest Java Runtime Environment (available for free download from Sun) in order to run these applications.

Tomcat is the reference implementation of the servlet container that is defined in Sun Microsystems' Java Servlet and JavaServer Pages technologies. It is developed in an open and participatory environment and released under the Apache Software License.
There are two versions available: one with a bundled JRE and one without. The version with the bundled JRE illustrates how a sizable Java application can be packaged into a typical point-and-click installer without dependency on any external runtime. The tradeoff is the JRE causes the installer to balloon to a hefty 20MB in size, so download only if you have spare bandwidth!
To use, install and run Tomcat. Then point your browser to http://localhost:8080/ to view the default Tomcat homepage. You can also use "tomcat install" to install Tomcat as a Win32 service, and "tomcat uninstall" to remove it from the list of services.
Note: for JSP to work, you need to have the Java Developer Kit (JDK) installed on your machine, or copy JDK\lib\tools.jar to jre\lib\ext in your JRE installation directory. This file is not redistributable.
