Manifest

You can optionally embed an application manifest in the generated EXE:

• Application manifest type. Application manifest is a new feature introduced since Windows XP. It lets an executable tell Windows more about its capabilities. For example, it may specify that it is compatible with the new visual style available for newer versions of Windows, or that it requires administrator privileges to run properly.

• You can choose from a few common manifest files (found under res in the install folder), or specify your own manifest file. Please note that a poorly-defined manifest file may cause the EXE to fail to run or even crash.

• Custom manifest file. Specify the path to the custom manifest file if "Custom manifest file" is requested in Application manifest type.
