Precautions when using KeyPass with an external USB drive

• You should use the "Unplug or Eject Hardware" icon in the system tray to eject the USB drive before physically unplugging it. Doing so ensures that data is properly flushed to disk.
• If the USB drive has a read/write LED indicator, make sure the indicator has stopped flashing before physically unplugging the USB drive from the PC. This indicates that all data transfer has completed. Otherwise, you may end up with corrupted files.
