Entry properties

Each entry has a number of settings that you can configure:

• Entry speed. This specifies how fast the fields or login script will be entered into the application. If the application is slow in accepting keystrokes eg. Remote Desktop Client, or Telnet/SSH terminal client, you may wish to set this to "Medium" or "Slow" to reduce the possibility of missed keystrokes. If this is set to "Default", it will use the default entry speed from Preferences/General
• Mark as favorite. If an entry is marked as favorite, it will appear in the favorites list.
• Launch with. You can request KeyPass to always launch this entry with the selected browser/application, instead of the system default.
• Expires on. You can specify the expiry date for an entry. By default, KeyPass will alert you to expiring and/or expired entries on every startup. You can also use filtered views to view all expiring/expired entries.
• Security tags. This property is only used in the Enterprise Edition of KeyPass. For more information, please refer to Security tags.
