Run KeyPass. If you have configured KeyPass to run off an external USB drive, KeyPass will automatically run when you insert the device into the PC.
You will then be asked to enter the password:
Once the correct password is entered, KeyPass minimizes itself to the system tray.
You can double-click on the KeyPass icon to add/modify entries in the database.
You can "type" a field into any application by positioning the mouse cursor over the text field, pressing the hotkey (default: Ctrl-[Right Mouse Button]) to invoke the popup menu, then selecting the required field.
You can execute an entire login sequence (eg. username, [Tab], password, [Enter]) by positioning the mouse cursor over the first text field, pressing the hotkey to invoke the popup menu, then clicking on the required login script.
You can temporarily lock KeyPass if you are leaving your PC for a short while. You will be asked for the password again when unlocking for access.
When you are done, shut down KeyPass. If you are running KeyPass from an external USB flash drive, you should unplug the device.
