The function helps to copy the database file (KEYPASS.DAT) to the shared folder specified under Preferences/Synchronization. It is only available if the shared folder path is set, otherwise it is hidden from view.
This is a convenience function for administrators that basically does the same thing as manually copying KEYPASS.DAT to the target shared folder using Windows Explorer.
